This unique and very special company started with just one client, but by 1998, KGA became the UK’s number one supplier of premium fragrances, employing over 300 people to work across 13 brands.
The Idea
The idea – which remains the winning formula to this day – was to “think global and act local,” distilling the vision of global beauty brands into a strategy that will be meaningful, authentic and appealing to UK customers.
The Vision
Kenneth’s vision was a company where individuals should take precedence over a more corporate outlook, and his conviction that relationships are what matter most is still the driving force behind much of the company’s success.
Our Achievements
Since its beginnings, KGA is proud to have steered its brand to some major achievements in the fragrance market, including creating the largest fragrance market in the world for Paul Smith and masterminding the biggest premium fragrance launch of the year for Jimmy Choo in 2011.
Our People
Today, the company is proud to employ 75 people at their head office in Weybridge, 25 in the field and there are some 220 more permanent sales consultants employed across the UK, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland. In 2011, KGA was voted the 3rd best UK company to work for by the Sunday Times, proving that what this people-based company values more than anything is the quality and ability of its superb staff.
Today, KGA are one of the leading fragrance distributors in the UK representing 29 brands, employing over 300 staff and with around a 10% fragrance market share.
